Cooking Class – January 31, 2023

On January 31, 2023, Juliana Saitta graciously hosted eight (8) of us for a French cooking class and delicious luncheon at her home in Naples.  We were first served a delightful Kir Royal.  Then we observed Juliana making Bouchées à la Reine with shrimp and mushrooms … followed by a delicious saladecomposée … we devoured our mouth-watering lunch with crusty baguettes.  Thank you so much, Juliana, for your hospitality, your knowledge, and your kindness.
