On January 15, 2020, our first event of the New Year was held at The Moorings Country Club for La Causerie, at which 33 members and guests savored a delicious 2-course luncheon. Our newest Director, Barbara Decker, gave a fascinating presentation on Stephanie Cowell’s novel, “Claude and Camille, a Novel of Monet.”, accompanied by an extensive collection of photos of Monet’s paintings and of his beloved home in Giverny.
