On January 18, 2025, we welcomed 30 members and guests at our luncheon at Bistro La Baguette. It was our first Causerie of the year … and the theme was “All you ever Want to Know about Paris”. Beth Hall gave us an informative insight of Le Louvre. Chris Pelou shared his wide knowledge about what to do in different “quartiers” and where to eat.
Walt Gray was very enthusiastic about Ile St Louis, the surroundings of Notre Dame de Paris, the Flower Market, La Sainte-Chapelle, and Berthillon (the famous ice cream store). Deborah Salvatore spent two years in Paris and gave interesting tips about everyday life there. We thank them all for their dedication and help to our members.
