Master Sommelier Jacques Cariot, owner of Bleu Provence Restaurant, led us through a dégustation of five red French wines at Bleu Cellar on April 19, 2012.  A plate of French hors d’oeuvere was served.  Bill and Julia Bugera were our hosts.
