Mardi Gras Dinner – February 17, 2020

On February 17, 2020, twenty (20) members and guests, including our friends from the Italian-American Club of Naples, celebrated Mardi Gras with the theme “Carnaval  à Venice”.  We were treated to a presentation by guest speaker Alain Rabault about food and wine pairings from the six wine regions of France.   In addition, Chef/Owner Vincenzo Betulia prepared a delicious, 2-course meal of authentic French dishes.
